ACTIFY ENHANCES ARAS PLM SOFTWARE THROUGH CENTRO INTEGRATION FOR 3D CAD VIEWING

Latest Actify Publishing Platform Now Available in Aras Innovator 9.3.0 Service Pack 1

San Francisco, CA – February 14, 2012 – Actify Inc., a global leader in visual product knowledge solutions, today announced that Centro, its latest publishing platform, is now available through Aras Innovator. As Actify’s technology partner, Aras is the first to take advantage of Centro’s robust capacity to permit other applications to take advantage of its publishing capabilities, in this case, with the Aras Innovator suite. Aras, the leading provider of enterprise open source Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software solutions, will embed Actify’s Centro inside Aras Innovator to provide an even easier way to view and share CAD files across the extended enterprise.

With this new integration, Aras Innovator users can have access to a limited version of Centro along with support for several common CAD formats and Actify’s SpinFire Reader. Aras Innovator users that need additional CAD formats can purchase the converters directly from Actify.
